?width=225&height=232) Tim Dale is a Director and Senior Broker of the Ausure Echuca office. He commenced the business in 2004 with two employees and it has grown to 11 staff and is the largest branch of the Ausure network. Tim has been involved in the insurance industry for over 13 years. He is a fully qualified Insurance Broker and Financial Planner and has attained the qualifications of a Diploma of Financial Services and is a Certified Insurance Professional, Senior Associate of ANZIIF.
Tim specialises in tailoring a clients insurance needs in both the broking and financial planning areas. He is heavily involved in the local community and is the Vice President of the local charitable group – The Murray Meander – raising funds for Breast and Prostate Cancer.

?width=246&height=232) Lindsay Rankin, a Director and Senior Broker of the Ausure Echuca office, has worked in the Insurance Industry since 1971. He worked for NZI and CUA for 13 years, holding Senior Management positions. Lindsay then purchased his own Insurance Broking business in 1983 which he successfully managed until its sale in 2004. In that time he built up a very successful brokerage, joining various committees and community organisations such as: President of Echuca South School, Chairman of Salvation Army, Board Member of Moama Bowling Club and member of NIBA.
After two years out of the Industry, Lindsay joined Tim at Ausure Echuca as Partner/Director in 2006. Our Insurance Brokerage is recognised as a very professional office with qualified and experienced staff who provide the public with first class service.

Gerald Hay joined the Ausure team about three years ago and holds a Diploma of Financial Services Insurance Broking.
After 42 years in the General Insurance industry, he continues to enjoy the industry and challenges that arise each day. Gerald has experience in running his own agency as well as working for various insurance brokerages.
Gerald is Echuca’s most experienced Broker.

Nigel Watson is the longest serving employee of Ausure Echuca. He is a fully compliant Tier 1 Broker and has over 10 years experience. He has developed a vast client base of domestic, retail and commercial clients. Nigel specialises in applying the correct policy to meet a clients specific needs.
As an ex-farmer, Nigel has specialised knowledge which he uses to assist the rural community and associated businesses. He is Echuca’s crop insurance specialist, and as such, deals on a one-on-one basis with the rural community and rural insurance underwriters.

Richard Watson is Echuca’s Claims Manager and is also involved in broking hard-to-place risks, branch compliance and deals with insurers to promote new facilities to be available to our valued client base.
Richard is especially involved with Gerald’s book of business and deals with all clients on a one on one basis. Richard is also heavily involved in developing our IT skills within the branch.

Amy Dehne, Account Broker to Tim Dale
Amy Dehne has five years experience in the General Insurance Industry. During this time she has successfully completed her Tier 1 Compliance and furthered her studies to attain a Diploma of Financial Services Insurance Broking. Amy is Account Broker to Director Tim Dale, in which she maintains his General Insurance book of business and contributes new business to the Echuca branch.
In 2008 Amy received the prestigious Ausure Young Insurer Professional Award. This is a great national achievement awarded by the Ausure group. Amy also works closely with Richard in developing our IT developments within the branch and compliant systems. She also specialises in rural based farms and small business operations. Amy is presently on maternity leave after having little Noah.

Peter Nicholas is the latest Broker to join the Ausure Echuca team. He joined us in 2010, coming from Landmark Echuca, where he had a significant insurance client listing. He is a qualified Tier 1 Insurance Broker. He specialises in small to medium enterprise business insurance and is relishing the freedom of being a General Insurance Broker with Ausure.
Peter has lived in the Echuca region all his life and has participated in many sports and activities in that time. Pete also runs a very well established vineyard in his “spare time”.

 Tara Kennaugh, Personal Assistant to Lindsay Rankin
Tara Kennaugh joined the Ausure Echuca team in February 2007 as Receptionist and has progressed through the company to become Personal Assistant to Lindsay Rankin and Broker Support to Nigel Watson. In that time Tara has become a very important member of staff, always obliging and willing to learn.
Tara aims to complete her Tier 1 compliance in 2010.

Kim has approximately eight years experience in the Financial Services sector, although she only joined the Ausure team in April 2008. With her background in Finance, she has attained her Diploma of Financial Services and has recently taken up the new role of Paraplanner to Director Tim Dale in Financial Planning and plays an integral part of the newly formed Ausure Financial Services and the interaction with our other advisors Australia wide.
Kim is studying to obtain her Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and will be soon be an Ausure Financial Services Authorised Representative.

Kirrily Friedberger has been a part of the Ausure team since January 2009, although she worked for a short time with Ausure Echuca in 2008. She started work at Echuca as Receptionist but, has moved into a new position of Broker Support for Tim Dale. She has recently completed her Certificate III in Business Administration with Ausure Echuca and is now studying to obtain her Tier 1 Insurance Broking .
2010 has been a huge development year for Kirrily as she has taken on a large amount of Amy’s work, while on maternity leave and she is now aiming to further her knowledge in the General Insurance Industry with Ausure.

Rebecca Buchanan has been part of the Ausure team since June 2010. She works as our friendly Receptionist and provides Broker Support to all brokers. Rebecca also performs the very important role of banking in Echuca. She is presently completing her Certificate III in Business Administration with Ausure Echuca.
