Our history

Ausure started small in 1996 and got their business model right before expanding to more than 90 branches Australia-wide. Our head office is based in Cardiff, New South Wales, and we have branches in most Australian states.

Ausure is essentially a network of independent businesses who have decided to work together to enable each locally based business to provide the best insurance products and advice available in the Australian insurance market.

In the insurance industry small businesses are finding it increasingly difficult to deal with the major insurers who are rapidly increasing in size. With little bargaining power, small businesses are often unable to get the best prices for their clients and commonly encounter difficulty getting efficient service for their clients when claims occur. Ausure’s national strength means it can obtain the best deals and results for their clients without losing its best asset, personal service from experienced brokers.

By combining independent businesses, Ausure still has experienced business owners providing the best possible service and advice to their clients. Our head office provides the support to each branch to allow them to do what they do best, provide prompt and professional service to their clients

This strategy of combining local knowledge with national strength has been hugely successful. By carefully selecting only the best insurance professionals in each area, Ausure has already grown to have more than 90 branches in Australia.
